Equipment:

We use Professional Commercial Cleaning Equipment. Our water temperature ranges between 180-200° F. The combined heat and pressure significantly contribute to the breakdown of debris, and the vacuum strength produced by our system ensures more complete extraction of wastes.

Chemicals:

Our process is GREEN. We use only the best, environmentally safe products recommended by leading manufacturers.

Complete coil and AC cleaning:

Coils are cleaned with 180-200 ̊ F water and environmentally safe, non-acidic cleaner / Disinfectant. Deodorizer, Disinfectant, Sanitizer ( Kills 99.9 of all bacteria and mold ) recommended by leading manufactures ) , Mildewstat ( kills the growth of New mold and mildew ) , Virucide ( kills Covid , HIV , Influenza and more )

Condensate pan:

Dirt and organic matter are thoroughly removed from the condensate pan and other critical areas.

Drain line:

The condensate drain is cleared out with pressurized water and 225 CFM Vacuum to prevent clogging and overflow.

Disinfection:

A hospital-grade disinfectant is used in conjunction with 180-200 ̊ F water.

Payment Terms

Pricing:

Service fees are as described on our website or as agreed upon during the booking.

Payment:

Payment is due SAME DAY upon completion of services after 24 hours a 15% late fee will be added to invoice . We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and ACH Check.

Late Payments:

Late payments may incur additional fees as described in the invoice.

Scheduling and Appointments

Booking:

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. Confirmation of the booking will be sent via email or SMS.

Rescheduling/Cancellations

Customers may reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of $175.00

No-Show Policy

If the customer is not present at the schedule.
